I love bread a lot, but as a gluten-free human, I was tired of paying $8+ per loaf for sad, dry, GF bread. So I decided to get my own bread machine with a gluten-free setting.
And then, this pure, tasty, gluten-free angel bread came into my life.

Once you find the right recipe, fresh-baked GF bread can be just as delish as ~regular bread~.

You will save money by following the recipes included in the booklet, or you can modify online recipes to cut even more costs.
I've saved tons since I got my machine, and even more so after I swapped out one of the cups of flour in my fav recipe for 1.5 cups of oat flour.
Oatmeal is cheap — and making your own oat flour is actually really easy! Just grind up your rolled oats in a food processor, and substitute at a 1:1.5 ratio. Even if you are not GF, oat bread is delish and can cut the cost of ingredients to make a loaf.

Since the bread maker came into my life, I haven't had to buy any overpriced bread — and now I don't have to buy jam for the next three months either, because this glorious machine does everything (!).
Yes, you can even use this thing to make jam! I just followed the recipe that came with the booklet, opted to use maple syrup instead of sugar with some low-sugar pectin, and boom – jam 🍓🍓🍓.

If you love bread as much as I do, want to cut costs, and/or don't eat gluten, it's time to get a bread maker of your own.
This machine is so worth it especially if you don't eat gluten. The GF setting works perfectly, and the quality of GF bread you can make at home vs. store-bought is life-changing. There are many stories of bread machine's collecting dust in cabinets after a month of use, but for me, this is the beginning of a lifelong friendship and end to the sad, bread depravity I'd been facing.
