But one family got more than they bargained for when they cracked open a jumbo-sized egg.
In a recently-uploaded YouTube video, a woman picks up a larger-than-average egg.
As the husband of the woman in the video mentions in the caption, the egg was hatched by their very own hen.
"We have an egg, big egg" she comments in the first few seconds of the video. "Very large egg," a man in the background replies.
She then cracks the large egg, to reveal what else but — A. SECOND. FUCKING. EGG!
