If you watched the previous season of Game of Thrones, you saw what Cersei did in the last episode.
In short, she blew up the Sept of Baelor along with the hundreds of people in and around it, including the High Sparrow and Margaery Tyrell.

Well, Lena Headey was just interviewed in Net-A-Porter by her co-star, Maisie Williams, and Lena does NOT feel bad about what happened.
Williams asked Headey if that moment was when she liked her character the least. "No! I thought that was great," Headey replied. "The High Sparrow was yet another man who came along and was like, 'I’m going to manipulate you.' So I think her revenge… Well, I was like, 'Yes! F*** you!' And she took out Margaery Tyrell and her low-cut blouse. Bye, perky tits."

Headey also teased that some of her favorite Cersei moments are coming in Season 7, since the new queen is in "I Don't Give A Fuck" mode.
"This season coming...she’s lost everything," Headey said. "Whatever
was good [in her life] has been erased and she’s a horrible cow to one particular character… It’s really quite loathsome."
