I bookmarked a bunch of recipes and finally decided to try the Italian braised pork which looked both delicious and straightforward.
You need to brown the pork and the veggies in a skillet, before transferring them into the slow cooker. But apart from that, it's a very low-effort recipe.
The result is honestly spectacular. The pork was amazingly tender and the sauce was rich in flavors without being heavy. I served it as recommended with some polenta and everyone asked for second.
