I don’t even know where to start.
On July 28, 2015, Gordon Ramsay made a perplexing statement that forever changed the culinary landscape*.
*or at least, ME. 🤔

In an interview with Bon Appétit, when asked, "Is a taco a sandwich?", Gordon gave the following answer to this age-old (and divisive) question:
Wait. ...WHAT?
A CRUSTY.

SANDWICH.

Now, I'm not calling Gordon a liar, but in the same interview he also said that a hot dog *is* a sandwich — but a hamburger is "definitely not."
I'm honestly so confused??

I would also like to point out that in a poll posted that same year on BuzzFeed dot com the website, the world came together in harmony and unanimously voted that a taco is NOT a sandwich.
Except for that uninformed 3% which Gordon is a part of.
Now, we all know that he likes to call idiots sandwiches, but a taco? This just seems wrong...
Gordon: "WHAT ARE YOU?"
Taco: "A crusty sandwich..."
So please Gordon, explain yourself — because a taco is definitely NOT a sandwich.
